• Gold — up to 1.1% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.5% weekly cashback

VIP level is awarded based on a player's regular play and activity. The specific level requirements will be communicated individually by the VIP team.

4.1 Fair Play

4.2 Prohibited Conduct
